Using the Problem Steps Recorder in Windows 7

In Windows 7 you can use the PSR (problem steps recorder) to record and problems or notes you need to take while working on a PC. To get to the PSR go to start menu and in the search box type in PSR. This makes it easier to retrace the steps that were taken to fix a problem in case you run into this problem again or if you have to explain how you fixed the problem. You can also use this function to show what the problem is.
